To be eligible for return:
- The product must be in original condition with box, charger, and invoice
- Return request must be made within 3 days of delivery
- Used or physically damaged products by the customer are not eligible

We offer refunds in the following cases:
- Product is out of stock after payment
- Returned product meets return conditions and no replacement is possible
Refund Method:
- bKash/Nagad for mobile payment orders
- Bank transfer for card/online payments
Refunds are processed within 3β7 working days after approval.
Note: Refunds are not applicable for buyerβs change of mind after delivery.
