  • Return request must be made within 3 days of delivery
  • Used or physically damaged products by the customer are not eligible

  • Provide your order ID, issue details, and photos (if needed)

  • Product is out of stock after payment
  • Returned product meets return conditions and no replacement is possible

Refund Method:

  • bKash/Nagad for mobile payment orders
  • Bank transfer for card/online payments

Refunds are processed within 3–7 working days after approval.
